How long you sit each day on the pc?

Like many people, I sit in front of my PC for far too long. I should spend more hours playing sports or going for a walk. And since I am near-sighted, it aggravates my eyesight.
I saw a documentary the other day that talked about vision problems in young children, which could be alleviated by outdoor activities.
