How many genders are there ?

Not the best way to frame thediscussion bc the consensus on gender (among actual scientists btw) is that its a spectrum and that the lack of there being a gender binary doesn't inherently suggest a defined number of genders. Gender is socially constructed anyway. Regardless I feel like this discussion is primarily had by people who should probably be asking themselves why it matters so much to them lol
