I have Clover Paint and it's the closest thing to a desktop editing program I've seen. Makes use of the Note's s-pen, works in layers, has a UI you can change almost entirely. (Not a plug, just really fond of the app - even if I don't use it much anymore.) For video editing, I've had really good results with AndroVid Pro.
