This is a highly philosophical question, that tells, if answered honestly, a LOT about a person. It is my favorite first question in online dating for that reason.
Somone who wants invisibility is either very hurt or egoistical.
Flyers didn't give it much thought but love freedom.
Mind readers are usually insecure.

I loved some of the answers here. Mainly those that gave options to improve everyones life in the end.

My personal choices always have been in order of power:
Control reality.
Control of all kinds of energy (includes matter) combined with the understanding on how to use it properly.
The power, memory and intelligence to combine all knowledge of all life on the same planet i am currently on. (The limit is to ensure you don't get bored.)
Creating optionally persistent portals through time and space. (This solves transportation and energy problems for the whole world.)
