HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I can't sleep more than five theses days and that really messes me up. I usually go to sleep at 1am and wake up at 6 or 5 because I wanna be fresh for work, like having done shit before going there.
Might be too much because I start at 11.
