How to get out of ELO hell

Hello guys,

I have been playing since the game came out, btw I am not good at it and I know it. Not bad tho, but no so good. This is why my ELO is hell, I get paired with trolls, AFK, flamers and this tilts me.

Any advice would be apreciated.
