HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

i sleep too much, 10ish hours a day and i can't figure out how to cut it down - if i don't sleep enough i'm sleepy throughout the day, too much coffee and i'm all jittery idfk how to do this omg
