Valve knows what their doing to make a quick buck as well. Every year use to be a Vac Ban Wave around the time steam sales hit for CSGO so they always made back profit for people who had detected cheats. But its not the best cause their are private cheats out their that you need a invite to and it don't invade your system. Also any game will have cheaters regardless if the anti-cheat is good or not. People will always try to bypass it and get a way around it. Some people do it to see if they can do it without getting caught.
