Every other storage service goes down for maintenance once in a while. I don't own the bloody page. So you should have some common sense before reporting something. Clearly you don't. well whatever. Give it some time and you'll get your link working. If you have a problem, then mail the storage service cuz this link has been working fine for many people. website maintenance is a common thing.
