HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

for me it depends when i go to sleep cuz idk why but if i sleep at 3 in the morning i wake up at 6 or 7 but if i sleep aat 11pm i wake up at 10 or 11 soo yeah people say i really should sleep but sometimes i legit CANNOT sleep
