Tool to spoof exe as picture file

Making this post for another user on here that needs a tool like this does what the title says it turns exe to a picture file it can also bloat the file and some other stuff files clean even though the scanner says its not you can VM it anyway if anyone has a better one i would love to add it to my archive.
