Is weed kinda related to your professionnal life ? How ?

I'm genuinely intrigued, in my case, working for nightclub, I used to see my bosses smoke regularly, they often ask me to join them (I kinda befriended them),but wanted to keep my "pro" facade in front of them.

So like, yeah after my service I smoked, but not w/ them, wanted to set limits.
