Do you smoke cigarettes?

I smoke Newport Reds (preferably 100s), at roughly a pack a day. I have triggers that make me want to smoke, when Im stressed, drinking and driving definitely. Normally though if Im not at work or upset I dont seem to get irritated without them. Ive tried to quit a few times and after a few days without them the only time I really crave a cig is when I get stressed or upset.
