the kind of hardcore games where you have to gather stuff up and are always at risk of being killed by players
when you take a few hours to loot a few nice things you absolutely 100% will get a rush when you're in combat trying to save not only your life but also all of the stuff u got

but that needs you to care about what you're doing so i get it if it might not work for you unlike money

The last bit is true, but the main thing is that it's not done through a screen
If games gave the exact stimuli things irl do, everyone here would have PTSD from all the shooter games
