Here is a quick tutorial.

1. GO INTO GOOGLE CHROME SETTINGS THEN CLICK ?EXTENSIONS.

2. ENABLE DEVELOPER MODE.

3. CLICK ?LOAD UNPACKED EXTENSION.

4. SELECT THE FOLDER NAMED ?AgarMinions Extension, AND INSTALL.

5. THEN REPEAT STEPS 3-4 FOR ?AgarMinions VPN.
