Building a new DarkRP server, looking for co-owners or other contributors

I am currently running the server on a dedicated server running my own game panel. I have some GmodStore (About $300 worth) Addons but since they removed PayPal I cannot buy any new ones. I haven't been in the hosting scene for about 1.5 years so I'm looking for someone to help me build this new community.

The idea behind the community is that the players have a say in what content is provided on the server by regularly requesting feedback by the players and implementing this. Either via a Forum or a dedicated Plugin. Also I dislike DarkRP servers removing vehicles from their servers. So I have bought VCMod Main and ELS and added some TDM cars to the server already.

I do have development experience and have started the setup of the server already but came to the conclusion that I might want some help to improve it.

I'm looking for people to either come help setup the community, help with development or help fund the server and becoming a co-owner.
