I'm proud to say I get 7-8 hours of sleep, in large thanks to quarantine. I cannot state enough how much a proper sleep schedule will help you be healthier, more productive, happy, and mainly mentally healthy. I've had a lot of struggles, but thanks to quarantine I've been able to take a step back and realize what I was doing wrong. I now take cold showers in the morning, wake up every day at 7 am and go to sleep at 11pm and go for a run 5/7 days in the week. It has done actual wonders for my mental health.
