Is valorant a well-optimized game?

According to me it is and it will be may be.
The graphics are optimized and it is specs friendly. This game is runnable on very less spec device with basic GPU and 8 gig ram.[at somewhere low to medium settings]

-although all pro player run the game with lowest graphics with no bloom or shadows so yeahh you wont run it on high settings anyways

The best thing i love about the game is vanguard... it fck the hackers and keep them away from the game. and truly love this game for only this reason. FPS with no hacks = fun
