[FIVEM] Gabz MRPD + Bug Fixes

List of the bug fixes below:
- 2 invisible doors on the back area
- floating speedbumps
- UVs and materials where needed
- missing collision near the back gate
- bad stairs collision
- ragdoll issue
- flipped faces above garage doors
- invisible/flickering in stairs
- weapon collision issues (for altv and ragemp users)
- missing medical assets in the lab (for altv users)
- interior proxies no longer part of the resource to avoid crashes
- door names and coords added to the resource download
