Could you give some more description of what are you looking for in regards to ip locking scripts? Is there a specific game in mind?

I would say that it would be quite hard to code a ip lock into the script. What you could look into is creating an authentication system where the script hits a server and gets some important code to execute. That way if the person does not have the authentication necessary the script will be worthless.

Unfortunately, it will all depend on the game that you are scripting for if it allows for it.
