I'm using VSCode and WebStorm intercheangeably.
VSCode has lot's of plugins for various sophisticated languages, but sometimes it takes quite a time until you find convenient one (ie. C++ plugins are nightmare).
WebStrom is commercial tool but it's worth the money - it outstands other editors when coding in JS.

I used to work with Eclipse - I still think this is a kind of "standard" that everyone must learn (like VI editor). Many manufacturers (ST, SiLabs) provide their dedicated IDE based on Eclipse so knowing Eclipse is highly beneficial, but I stopped using it day-to-day.
