How do you discover new music?

i use spotify at work, as my tastes are different than the general population ive been discovering pop (and subgenres) songs just through those playlists i wouldnt normally play in my home!

other than that i used to literally listen to every new jpop/kpop and metal song ever released when i was younger. i have no time for that now so thank the lords for spotify
