in this addon ( Leaked Garrys mod Addon ) would be a Backdoor for a Virus, how can i detect the Backdoor, and remove it.

You can Use Backdoor Shield.

it will search encrypted or the fetching backdoors and tell you the lines and you will delete them
but some paid addons will encrypt themself to so if you have DRM addons just ignore them.
