I kinda see why, but at the same time, I'm kinda hung up on the whole PC thing. It seems like with CoD that activision have more choices and less restrictions to make stuff on there. Wanna make a paid DLC that includes an offical map-maker? Activision could do that, and people would pay for it. Really it looks like activision (or treyarch, idk) isn't using the flexibility of the PC to it's full advantage.
