Well only because you asked: Polygon Apocalypse is broken. The file structure should be: Content -> PolygonApocalypse -> Materials Many of thematerials work this way yet many of the textures from other areas such as roads and characters are missing. Other mishing things are: All Vehicle Meshes All Zombie Meshes All Weapon Meshes Many Materials and Textures
