What game scared you the most?

The original Resident Evil 2, I can still recall the event it was when the Tyrant AKA mr. X smash through the wall for the first time it was so unexpected that I flung my controller away and turned off my game system and was unable to play that game for an entire month. I can't recall ever being that scared of a video game before or since
