Hello , got some questions 1) do I need to be from USA? cause I saw something about USA phone providers in the e-book. 2) I got a network of 6-8 computers with 2-3 unique IPs (Greece) do I need VPN to run them?

I am really interesting cause it's passive and I can make some money to pay other project expenses like hosting, domains etc etc.
