Whats the best anime ever?

Dragon ball was the very first anime I ever watched, and I still watch it even this day! I know people give it a bad rap for saying all it is is screaming, but I really enjoyed it, sometimes I would cry when someone close to Goku would die. Even know i'm watching Dragon ball Super.
