Which is the best VPN?

I was gonna recommend NordVPN but after 2 years of using it, they have nearly disabled all Socks servers making it hard for me to recommend especially if you're into torrenting as having Socks proxy is very convenient to set up as you wouldn't need to have NordVPN opened while torrenting, it will just go through the Proxy directly and be secured.
