The crypto that will make you a millionaire

There's a ten percent fee on every transaction. Looks more like a toy cryptocurrency than an actual stable solution; as it's not very consumer friendly. How would it make millions if the millions are taxed 10%?

What would make you a millionaire is if people wanted to move to this cryptocurrency. But if you lose 19% of your investment to the first two fees alone (receiving your safemoon and then spending it on your first transaction), who would want to move to it?
