Lmao, I recommend downloading MegaBasterd and using the SmartProxy feature (you can search for proxy generators or something like that in the internet). You should kinda get unlimited download quota with it (but sometimes it'll still stop... idk why, maybe the program tries different proxies until it finds a working one or something like that)

I used https://proxies.gg/ for my proxies if you're interested.
(Update: Just checked their website and it's kinda broke since they updated it.... But reddit has a listas well (https://github.com/clarketm/proxy-list/b...y-list.txt))
