What game scared you the most?

While modern games have really upped the effect, the game that terrified me as a kid was grabbed by the ghoulies. I was too terrified to finish the game and never got to see the ending of that game. As I grew older I realized it was supposed to be a cartoony/cute action game rather than a full on horror game but that game is still the one I think of.
