Denied 15 posts minimum for download

First of all, hello.

Im a new member, Marco from Italy, sorry for my english, i will try my best.

Its little boring to make15 post for download a file from the leak sections. Sometime people are forced to post no sense topic, or make quick reply just for reach this limits.

Im just arrived, but there is no other way to speed up this process?
