You have a point. But then you have to factor that there are about 50 members online every day, and out of those 50 there's about 10 daily most active users and 5 out of those 10 have a reasonable amount of posts within the time they're online. Again, not that I'm doing something so significant to critisize other people.
This indicates interest in posting drops with the time spent.
Meaning new members post, then slowly stop posting.
