Discord I don't like, it's too heavy and too buggy.
I have my own server hosted on VPS, I'm fine.

I use TeamSpeak every day and this has never happened.
If this happens it is because some plugin is in conflict and causing the program to crash, disable some plugins and go testing one by one to find out.
