Some problems when creating a server and questions

I created a server, everything is fine, everything works, but there are some problems and questions:

1. How to remove the display of the default hood that appears when you hover over a player?
2. Windows do not appear when starting the server (map). Appear only after Cleanup
3. How do I turn on notifications about a player's profession change?
