Help with Prop Lock

Is there something wrong with the one on the workshop or are you trying to avoid using workshop?
If there's something wrong with the one on the workshop then I don't know what to tell ya because I don't know any alternatives.
If your trying to simply avoid using workshop you can use Gmad Extractor to pull the file from the workshop and then install it to your servers addons folder.
