Wanted to build muscle and feel better about myself. But mainly because I saw my uncle with Parkinson's, and got reminded that I can't live life the way that I'm living (sitting down all day). I've been off and on with it, and have a little 4 pack. I invested in some workout gear and guides and forced a family member to take me to their gym as a guest. I've been seeing progress in my body and I've been putting on muscle, I feel better about myself, and I feel better in general. I'm never going back to just sitting down and doing nothing. I find it better that I go to the gym and get no gains than to not go to the gym at all. I see it as a discipline and a lifestyle that I want to continue; so, that I'm healthy when I age.
