best edit program?

If you're looking for something for free, I would definitely recommend Davinci Pro 16. It's loaded with features and is used by actual filmmakers. There is a paid version, but that just includes more filters and other features that really aren't necessary for small projects. I used to use shotcut because it looked user-friendly and was really great, but crashed a lot and was really slow.
