This is tough because they both have their place for me. Coffee in the morning and tea at night. So I usually have a strong Columbian roast to get my mornings going and then at night about an hour before bed, I drink this vanilla lavender chamomile tea and I add just a bit of cinnamon to it. Puts me right to sleep. But, I guess if I had to choose one or the other, I'd have to go coffee. I am more of a morning person and love drinking coffee in the morning, I don't think I could give that up.
