Yeah dude, pooping is like the next best thing to sex. It's very refreshing. But I don't think it's gay. It's just there is a glad or pressure point back there and when you drop a deuce, it activates it, which then releases endorphins which is the good feeling that one experiences when sending the brown scroll.
