Top addons for a DarkRP server?

I'm not going to make a giant list of addons for you to use as there's already a massive list of addons above (Check the list on the first page it has some good addons). When it comes down to darkrp there's a couple addons YOU MUST HAVE.

Some free workshop addons: 3d2d Textscreens, Fading Door Tool, Stacker Tool and Precision Tool.

These tools in my mind are must have tools for any server running darkrp base. I responded to another thread asking the exact same question so here's the link to the thread so you can read my response there as it goes into a bit more detail. It's on the first page.
