Lack of good gmod servers nowadays

I understand having to pay for things on military servers like paying to fly a plane and a helicopter. Because it balances the flow of the game. But when they start to add pay to win guns so you can get an advantage of other players is what I disagree with. I'm currently developing a military rp server and i would love some suggestions to add things.
