TOR under VPN is a really good idea.. I usually use tor alone
as for VPN I only use cyberghost free version ... no cash for paid VPN

Yeah it was a long time before I got a proper VPN (meaning paid)

I only use PIA because it accepts gift cards as a payment. $25 starbucks giftcard will get you around 3-4 months of full premium VPN.

hmm ... sound like a good deal
