Short Summary:
Do you want to own your own Business and hire workers, well now you can! with the Serious Business addon, You can hire workers and either make them do bad work (doubles income) or do good work. This addon even includes deep customization of workers with a skill bar displaying their different talents, the other things that make this addon so great is that it doesn'trequire extra workshop content, it's easy to install and configure, add's an extra way for players to make money on your server, and it just looks very nice and not ugly

How to install/configure: To install the addon you must have 8 credits and 15 post's that don'tviolate the forum rules (the rules can be seen here)
once you'veinstalled it on your computer open it up (it is a zip file if you have problems I recommend using a program called WINRAR) then drag the serious business folder into your server's addons folder, (server/garrysmod/addons) and then restart your server, to configure it go to your servers addon's folder and find the serious business folder, double click on it then go into the lua folder then autorun then sb_config.lua in there you can configure prices of items and so on if you have any problems reply to this thread and I'll happily help you
