What will happen to crunchyroll?

I know Crunchyroll and funimation are merging, but Im wondering if Crunchyroll (and probably VRV) will disappear? I also know Crunchyroll had their own animation/production studio. So what do ya'll think would happen to those animes like God of Highschool?
