I had to stop smoking for a while too and trying to sleep without smoking before bed took forever for me to get used to. Routine helped!
that actually makes sense, I'm going to start a new routine and see if that helps. I also had a friend recommend melatonin to me, i tried that last night and it was still hard to fall asleep but at least I got some sleep last night.
