If you have a lot of time and would like to customize each and every detail, learn the basics. Start with HTML and CSS, then slowly work into learning JavaScript, then backend stuff like PHP and SQL. If you learn those, you can basically make anything you want.

I think just looking up YouTube tutorials on how to do itwould be the best option.
