[NewPoints] Rock-Paper-Scissors [P2P]

It's a NewPoints addon which allows users to play a game of Rock, Paper, and Scissors among themselves. I've personally tested it and it works good. Thought I'd share it here as I had a hard time finding it.

Here's how it works:
Jordan sends a 5 credit bet to Demo (Jordan picks rock)
Demo accepts and chooses paper
Demo wins a total profit of 5 credits
Private messages are sent to both users notifying them of win/loss

In the case of a draw, both users are refunded and according PMs sent out.[spoiler=Additional Previews] [/spoiler]
