Meh. America is your best bet as far as freedom goes. Northern and western European countries have some pretty silly "hate speech" laws that censor free speech, and I believe Canada does as well. Their governments can definitely be more abusive than ours, I mean look at what they are doing with the refugees. True freedom can only exist within a stateless society.
